Kumusta sa inyong lahat! I'm Angelica, but everyone can call me "Jelly." I graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Fall 2022 with a Bachelor's in Public Health. Since then, during my gap years, I've been working as a Research Assistant at Wai'anae Coast Comprehensive Health Center, focusing on promoting health literacy and well-being among youth in my community of Wai'anae.

One exciting project I'm involved in is creating a health literacy board game called "Kaona" (which means hidden meaning in Hawaiian), incorporating the Lōkahi Wheel and role-playing elements, similar to Dungeon and Dragons! I can't wait to share the game with you all once it's finished.

I'm also gearing up to apply to medical school for the next upcoming cycle, and I wish everyone else doing the same the best of luck! I know how it feels to be lost in the med school process, but we are all in this together. We will reach our goals and dreams when our time is right! I'm eager to bring fresh ideas and events to the team for the next year. Salamat! <3
